Learn Effective Self-Defense Tactics With Our Masters and Instructors

What is Integrated Systems

Integrated Systems is a program designed to be a very quick and efficient means of self-defense. This program is designed for adults and specifically focuses on building a strong balance of self-control, situational awareness, conflict avoidance, and technical martial arts techniques to subdue an aggressor in seconds!

This program is integrated with aspects for the following:
Taekwondo (Foundation and Basics)
Hapkido, Judo, and Jiu Jitsu
Escrima, and Pencak Silat
Kempo, Small Circle Jiu Jitsu
Kyusho Jitsu (Pressure Point Application)
And More

Not a Sport!

As with anything, popularity and social fads can influence individuals to stray away from practicality. Though we have trained state, national, and international champions in all different kinds of competitions, this class is for practical and real-world self-defense. The techniques involved and introduced in Integrated Systems are not authorized in sports competitions because they are designed to end a fight very quickly. They are not designed for a paying audience.

Is This Class Right for Me?

Though this is a serious class, it's also a fun class. Adults from all ages and experience levels are welcome. Tiger Martial Arts is a family! We make everyone feel welcome and invited. Training is about retention and developing muscle memory. The importance of training the right way and developing the correct skills for your experience level is extremely important.

For this reason, we separate beginners and work one-on-one with them (when possible) to get them caught up with proper stance, posture, and basic movement.

How you train will make a huge impact on how you come out of a violent encounter. Training is paramount to self-confidence and self-defense.
